Koala Charge (ABN 00 000 000 000) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you buy a station or contact us.
- Details of your hires and orders, such as dates, stations used and amounts paid.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this website, and small files (cookies) needed for the cart and checkout to work.
Why we collect it
- To process hires, orders and payments.
- To deliver stations and keep you updated about your order.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with businesses that help us run Koala Charge: our payment provider (Stripe), delivery companies, our website host and our email provider. Some of these may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We never sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing koalachargeau@gmail.com.
