Where we deliver
We deliver Koala Charge stations anywhere in Australia. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When it arrives
After you order, we email you within 2 business days with the expected delivery date. If anything changes, we will let you know straight away.
When it arrives damaged
Take photos and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will sort out a repair, replacement or refund. See our refunds and returns policy.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email koalachargeau@gmail.com as soon as possible, before your station is sent.
